At Luna Wave, all orders are carefully packed and shipped from our Perth warehouse. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking & Delivery

All orders include tracking. A tracking link will be sent to your email once your parcel has been dispatched.

If no one is available to receive the parcel, the postal carrier may leave the parcel in a safe place if authorised, or leave a collection card for pickup at your local post office or collection point.

Parcels that are not collected within the carrier’s collection period may be returned to sender.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including postal network disruptions, customs processing, weather events, peak shopping periods, public holidays, or regional delivery limitations.

If your parcel appears delayed, we recommend first checking the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you still require assistance, please contact us at order@lunawave.com.au.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges once the shipment reaches the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Luna Wave is not responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or delays caused by customs clearance.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Luna Wave is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at order@lunawave.com.au. We will do our best to update your details before your order is dispatched.
