Order Processing

All Luna Wave orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Perth, Western Australia.

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Processing may take slightly longer during product launches, promotional periods and public holidays.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched and are additional to our processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Our Rest of Asia shipping region currently includes Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Shipping rates and free shipping thresholds are set in Australian dollars and converted into the customer’s local currency at checkout. The displayed local amount may change slightly as exchange rates change.

For orders under AUD 120:

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. International delivery estimates apply after dispatch and do not include time spent in customs.

Deliveries to regional or remote areas may take longer. Delays may also occur because of customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, peak shopping periods or other circumstances outside our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at order@lunawave.com.au and we will assist with tracking or a carrier enquiry.

Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where duties or import taxes are collected at checkout, they will be shown as part of your order. Where they are not collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any charges requested by customs or the delivery carrier before the parcel can be released.

United States orders may be subject to duties and import taxes regardless of order value.

Customs charges are determined by local authorities and are separate from Luna Wave shipping charges. We are unable to predict or control these charges.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you need to make a change, contact order@lunawave.com.au as soon as possible. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Unclaimed or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because it was not collected, was refused, or because duties or taxes were not paid, please contact us to arrange the next step.

Additional delivery charges may apply if the parcel needs to be sent again. Any refund request will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.

Missing or Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if your tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact hello@lunawave.com.au with your order number and any relevant photographs.

We will review the issue and, where appropriate, lodge an enquiry with the delivery carrier.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer protection laws.
