Care Guide
To keep your Luna Wave pieces looking their best, we recommend the following care tips.
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfume, hair spray or oils when possible.
• Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after use.
• Do not bend clips or force parts beyond their natural flexibility.
• For fabric pieces, spot clean gently — do not machine wash.
With proper care, your Luna Wave accessories are designed for everyday use and long-lasting wear.
Warranty & Consumer Rights
Luna Wave accessories do not include an additional voluntary warranty. However, your purchase is protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Under the ACL, products must be of acceptable quality and last a reasonable amount of time given their nature and price.
If something goes wrong with your item, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Please contact us within a reasonable time at order@lunawave.com.au with your order number and photos of the item, and our team will assist you as quickly as possible.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse are not considered manufacturing faults.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
