All customers, including guests, can earn points. Create a customer account to view and use your rewards. Use the same email address as your orders.
How are shopping points calculated?
You earn 5 points per A$1 on the amount paid after discounts, including taxes and shipping. Points are awarded when your order is paid, online or in store. There are currently no customer or product exclusions, including sale products.
How do I earn points for a review?
Follow the link in your review invitation email. A text review earns 200 points. A review with a photo or video earns 300 points total, rather than an extra 300. Share your honest experience and include your photo or video when you submit. Reviews submitted directly on a product page do not qualify for these rewards.
When will my review invitation arrive?
Invitations are scheduled 10 days after fulfilment for Australian orders and 15 days for international orders. Requests cover up to seven products per order, with higher-priced products prioritised. Repeat purchases and variants of previously requested products are not currently sent another request. Email preferences and product eligibility also apply.
How do birthday points work?
Enter your birthday in your rewards panel at least 30 days before the date to receive 500 points. If you need help with your birthday details, contact hello@lunawave.com.au.
What are the redemption limits?
Redeem in increments of 100 points, starting at 100 points (A$1) and up to 1,000 points (A$10). A minimum purchase of A$50 applies. Use one Luna Points code per order, on your own account. Product and order discounts cannot be combined with it; eligible shipping discounts can still apply. All reward values shown here are in Australian dollars.
Do points expire? What happens after a refund?
Points do not currently expire. Shopping rewards are cancelled when an order’s payment status changes to Refunded. If your points do not look right after a return, contact hello@lunawave.com.au so we can check.
Where can I find my balance and rewards?
Choose View my rewards to open your rewards panel. Once signed in, you can see your points, available rewards and referral link.
